Engine Block Heater
Is there such a thing as a portable engine block heater? At night I can plug my truck in so in the morning it's good to go, but after 12 hours at work with no place to plug in... it'd be nice to still have the benefit of it.
Is there something that can be hooked up to the battery and altenator system that will keep the block warm when unable to plug it in and charge itself back up while driving and again when it can be plugged in?

Gotta go diesel fired (Espar), you would need a load of batteries to supply the 750w block heater. If it was at 12v it would draw 62.5 amps, I don't know the reserve capacity of our batteries but if they are 120 amp hour units, we're only looking at a few hours.
Figured as much...
