I don't have this option (Laramie model, but no!). Or if previous owner has lost it? How can i check is this option in my truck?
If not, Is it possible to have work, if buy transmitter only?
Or should dealer do some flash to computer also?

I almost positive your 2004 Laramie model came with remote entry. You should be able to get a remote from eBay and program to your truck yourself.
Now the chipped keys are another story. You need two working keys in order to program a new key yourself. Otherwise, you will need to go to the dealer if you only have one working key.

You can pull the instrument cluster and look for the module on back. It just snaps in. If it is there, you'll still need to have the remotes programmed with a DRB or Starscan tool. The entire kit, ( If the module isn't there) is not much more than 100 bucks. But.......still have to have the remotes programmed after install. You may be able to negotiate the programming with the dealer you buy the kit or the remotes from if you wanted to do the install yourself. You could probably even do it in the dealer's parking lot.......it's that easy!
