Yes I was also to take adavtage of the friends rebate. He was able to give one out per year that got me the employee price. With rebates and dicount I saved a little over 11k..

 

I guess I need to double check on the farm bureau discount. I was just going by what the salesman told me. Do salesmen ever make mistakes?Ha!

 

I bought my '03 on an employee discount #number and got a 2XD 3500 Quad-cab SB that listed for $37,800 for only $26K. I saved almost $12K on it. Jim

 

I just ordered a truck tonight with the EAP deal. 2500 SLT 4x2 QC SWB 6 spd. The dealer told me that EAP order outs get #1 build priority, even over regular "every man" orders. Does anyone know if this is true?

Guess we are doing one thing right in South Carolina. Max sales tax on a vehicle is $300 bucks.

Course they make it up in a Personal Property Tax each year. I paid over $700 on my 2003.

I am using an EC# given to me by a retired DC worker from New Venture Gear. Man I can’t wait. My son is driving me the 140 miles one way to Ogdensburg, NY which is up along the St. Lawrence River to pick up the truck

I tried to buy a HO locally but the big dealers in area said “can’t find what you want”, I did my own search on the DC web site and found one close to what I wanted in Ogdensburg, dealer had 5 3500’s, except no adj. pedals. Have to have them as the little lady driver is little and I am a firm believer in sharing the driving when towing.

Instead of waiting for an HO to be found and no sold order protection for my EC#, which expires 3/31, I opted to buy the SO instead which has the options I wanted. By closing the deal on Saturday I will get 0% and 48 months, this incentive goes away 3/1, for my terms which gives me even more saving$$$.
