Electrical Question

I know nothing when it come to any kind of electrical work. My left passenger window won't go up or down. When I open the door the interior lights won't come on. I took the door panel off so I could look around. I took off the panel for the door handle/ window switch. and reconnected the switch to operate the window w/ the door panel out of the way. I can hear and feel the window motor click when I try to make the window go up but nothing more. When I lock the doors from the master and and front passenger door all doors lock and unlock. So I can't get window up/ down either from the master to the troubled door itself. Sorry if I repeated anything in this post but I didn't know how to get what I wanted to say w/ out doing so.

I already have that as one of my favorites. I know you are trying to help me out, but like I said I know nothing about electrical work and that includes reading a wiring diagram. So I hope you don't take what I say as trying to be mean or anything like that.

It is possible that you have a broken wire or wires in the boot between the door and post. Many are borken there.

To me if you hear the motor clicking and it still doesn't work, you have a bad motor. Try to remove it and then operate it and if it just clicks it is bad. If it works, you have the window jammed some where but this is pretty unlikely.
