I dont know where to start looking the blower motor and a/c will start and stop working at random. Then when I hit a bump they will start again. Any idea where I can start looking for this problem.

How do you know the A/C is stopping and starting?

I suspect the blower brushes are bad and that's your whole problem.

 

The two events dont always occur together most times the blower will be running but no cold air. The system is proberly charged
