HAS ANYONE TRIED "ELECTRIC RUST PROOFING? DOES IT WORK, OR DID I JUST MAKE A $300.00 MISTAKE?

 

Well...it's highly likely your truck won't be bombarded with electric rust!! Actually I've never heard of it.

Although I have never used it myself..i have seen it used for storing show cars etc...also have seen guys like Sam Memmelo on ''2 guys garage'' advocate its use...I am in the Oilfiled and use similar products to keep corrosion under control at wellsite installations..it works wonders there as well..if you bought a quality system..the principle is sound and you should have good results

Sbennetlawn, can you elaborate on this system? I've never heard of it either. Is it similar in theory to the cathodic protection systems found on boats?
