dually in the sand?
I know they aren't the best in the mud and snow, but how do they do in sand? if there's one thing both my SRW Lorenz/BFG equipped trucks were good at it was tearing through sand. can I drop the tires down to 20PSI in a dually and expect not to get stuck? not going dune jumping like in the past, just don't want to get stuck.

Mine was horrible in the sand at Oregon Inlet, I had to go way too close to the water where the sand was a little harder. This was when it had stock rubber, but I will never drive my dually on the sand again. Now I just take my little frontier with my BFGs and fly across it.

If it's something you want to do often and have the room, maybe carry a couple of singles with 33's to drive around. It may out-weigh the hassle of airing up and down.
This is one of the big reasons I can't use a dually since I do lot's of desert camping.

Yep aired down, at certain times of the year that sand is very soft. Give it a whirl just make sure you have a tow strap incase you get stuck.
