Driver power window

Just curious as to know if anyone else has a clicking sound when rolling down their window? Mine started "clicking" about a month ago, kind of like I have a broken gear tooth or something of that nature. Anyone else have this issue? If so, what was it and how did you fix it? I am over the 36000 warranty and now have to pay my $100 deductible.

Thanks

It could be the wire cable housing getting in the way as the window moves along the track. I would'nt do anything until it quits working. You can buy the window regulator assembly from Napa for about $80. and fix it yourself. The dealer charges $500.to fix it. So $100 deductible is'nt bad.______________________________________________ ___ 2003 Ram SLT,3500,QC,LB.4x4,accessories,no lift, stock motor, stock exhaust,Patriot Blue,35000 miles, never been in the shop,No problems.

I don't know how the window regulators are built on our trucks but on other vehicles they use plastic guides which click when they crack, thus a window regulator is in the near future.
