Are there even any Bullets on the road yet? Fall of 08 is what they are saying.

I called my sterling dealership here in San Diego. They said they do not deal in light duty trucks
Nearest one is up near disneyland(about an hour drive or so). it may be worth it if they can beat what the SD dodge dealership will offer me for the Ram 5500

An hr away? I think it would be worth the trip....When you live next to nowhere like I do a 2 hr trip over a 10,000 pass in a blizzard is all in a days work.

I read on one of the posts where a guy had just bought a Sterling..

I wish they would get their web site working so I can find a sterling dealer in Colo, Probably Denver... over 250 miles away, over an even bigger pass..

If the trucks breaks down A Dodge dealership may be more convenient. There are way more Dodge dealerships spread around the country. Just looking at the pros and cons.

I talked to the guys at my local sterling dealership
they said even though they dont sell the Bullets they DO service them and honor the warrantys there

I am going to use the fact there are not too many sterling dealerships and so on to try to work my deal

anyone know what these trucks are going for
Ill be looking @ a 5500 Reg Cab 4x4 with an 84" 84 inch cab-to-axle length (CA) chassis to fit one of these ( http://www.harbortruck.com/trademaster11.htm ) on
Aisin tranny, super heavy duty front end, 4.44 gears, mineral grey, premium comfort package(hey, come on, I am in the darn thing all day! )

So, Chrysler owns Frieghtliner, and sterling offers daimler financing, but the Sterling dealer in Brantford Ont. is down the road from the Chrysler dealer, at the Ford dealer????

Personally, I dont care who makes the truck, I want the cummins, no matter who owns them iether. I really like the interior of a gmc, but the flat vynle floor in the sterling looks real easy to hose out....

I was looking at trading in for a 3500 4door 4x4 c&c, but from what I see, the price of a 4500 is just about the same, once you ad the cummins to the 3500...

I would like to know, which truck has fixed the death wobble, and constant wear problems I have with front end of my 99 2500...

Also will be considering going south across the boarder, or I could just pay the extra $10,000 for the exact same truck. Hmm. decisions, decisions...
