Sterling to release Dodge truck
I just saw an article in a magazine I get saying Sterling is going to release a 1ton truck based on the dodge ram cab and chassis. From the pic in the mag all it is is a Dodge truck with a grill that says Sterling in it. Makes sense since Freightliner owns the Sterling name and Freightliner is owned by DC. Did anyone else hear anything?

There have been a couple of posts on here with links to the sterling version of the ram on the internet...the truck looks pretty sweet!

I actually saw one up in West Virginia last Friday. It was a chassis cab with nothing on back. Didn't get a look inside since it was on the road. Nice looking from what I could tell. Not much different from a Dodge except for the grill.

Actually it's more like:
Dodges hours are 9-5 monday-friday, 9-3 saturday closed sunday.
Freightliner/Sterling's hours are 24/7....
HMMM....If i am buying a class 4 or 5 truck that is my bread and butter, I would much rather be able too pick up broken parts at 2 am, then have too sleep till 8 in order too get my part....or even worse if it is a sunday!! With sterling offering a truck, even the dodge guys can now pick up their parts 24/7!!!!

Well.
Apparently that IS a disallowed word... and the mods can ding you for merely quoting someone else's "mis-post".
Too bad you didn't respond with an open mind to Shane's friendly reminder of the site rules.

Wow. Just wow. I didn't mean to offend anyone, but I guess there's not much you CAN do these days that doesn't pee someone off.
Here's some other threads that have "profanity" if you get board and want to do some more editing.

I looked for the site rules, but didn't find anything about that word. I would have erased it if I did. I did find 20 pages of threads that contain that word though, unedited.

It is a highly used word and I am no means harassing people I am just stating the obvious because I made the mistake of typing it once and got warned so instead of getting dinged learn from others mistakes!
