From the big post above, it seems as if they're talking about using the methanol and water mix many already use but repacing methanol with ethanol. Generally, methanol comes from woods and ethanol comes from grains.

As long as it isn't in the fuel itself, but sprayed into the intake charge, ethanol should work as well as methanol.
