Is their a way to just open the defrost door on the HVAC unit and leave it open and close the vent door.
Mine is buggered and i hate vents. I never use anything but defrost.
SO is their a easy way of opening it up?

There is an electronic actuator that controls the vent door or baffel that routes the air.

I would look at the following thread. I am not sure without some dash removal you will be able to do much. the only thing that you can really access easy is the recirculating vent. it is at least visible if you pull the glovebox. everything else is hidden by the dash.
