If it had factory power locks, its a relatively easy job. All you need is the keyless entry system. Aftermarket ones are readially available. Dodge may even had a factory add on system.
If it didnt, it still can be done, but actuators must be intalled in the doors to work the locks. Not an impossible task, but one that takes a little time. Dont think Dodge makes a system for this, but there is aftermarket set ups for it.
