Crysler, Parts and Bad Service

I dropped the truck off on Wednesday last week to have my interior fixed from the hack job by the glass man and I still don't have it back. Apparently Crysler sent the wrong headliner. Everything else is done, but they are still waiting on the headliner. How long does it take to get a headliner? At least they put me in a rental. At $30 a day, the body shop is getting a little ancy to get the part in and me out of their pocket book, I mean rental. I look at it this way just a little payback for the poor treatment I have recieved from the dealership and its employees . I already have a 5 page letter to send after I get the truck back, but the longer this takes the more things I will be addressing in my letter to DC and the dealership >.

Keep good notes and fire that letter off.

Dude, this is DC! You should be overjoyed you got a loaner/rental in the first place...lol and they didnt' make you rent a car or walk home... :

Honestly sounds a little like you're spazzing out. You dont have your truck for a week and they give you a loaner and you're writing a 5 page letter? ???

Re:Crysler, Parts and Bad Service

I'll 2nd that Dodge has a real problem getting parts, my truck has been in the shop 34 days at 1800 miles and I got a loaner for 7 of them. So far they have replaced the Security computer and keys that was 7 days for the parts and the rest of the time was replacing Rear Ends with no loaner car. Now after a small 250 mile trip it is ready to go back in for the Rear End again ...... this is amazing!

Your probably wasting your time with a letter to DC. Your just a grain of sand on the beach to them. Be thankful they gave you a rental car.

Next time, try another dealer or get another brand of truck.
