I ran the 285s, quiet on the road, tracked well. good in pretty much all conditions ie snow, mud, desert terrain, sand. Minus gravel roads, (tore them up pretty good, matter of fact they looked like ) luckily that was near the end of their life.

I switched to the toyo MTs to try something different, they may be worth the extra $$ the way I hear everybody rave about them. I think the Toyos are slightly louder on the hwy. which doesn't bother me.

Oh yeah, I did get a flat with the Coopers, rock punched threw in between the lugs.

I got I think 36k out of them, rotating every 3k. they looked pretty ragged when I switched them.

all in all I would give them a B-, not bad for an MT

I have the Toyos M/Ts mounted on my Cummins, the Cooper STTs on my Powerstroke... General impressions are the Coopers are louder on the highway. They seem to be wearing quicker. Sidewalls flex more than the E rated Toyos. Overall, I also say just an OK tire, but for the price I couldn't beat them. They did that buy 3 get 1 free out here so they were the best price I could find in an M/T and they look good?!?

Love them in the snow but they wear really quick. I don't think they are very noisy for what they are.

Judging by your sig, your truck probably looks really good. We need pics ASAP.
