Computer showing wrong time and temp

Went out at lunch today and when coming back I notice the time was off by 2 hours and the temp wasnt right. Is this common? Anyway to reset other than the buttons on the computer, cause that didnt do squat!

Hopefully the MPG is messed up also, cause it's only averaging 13.5 MPG. :'(

Thanks

Re:Computer showing wrong time and temp

The overhead display is an elapsed time counter not a clock.
The probe for the Temp is located at the front in the grille opening.
How far off was the temp display ?

Your MPG should improve after you get the Cummins broken-in.
About 15,000 miles should do it, unless you tow frequently.

Re:Computer showing wrong time and temp

WHAT?!? You mean it not a clock, no wonder why I been so late to work since I got this truck!

When leaving work I looked at it again and realized it wasnt a clock and feel pretty dumb...oh well not the first time!

The temp was reading 46 and it was about afternoon here, so I think about 20 degrees off. It was a pretty warm day here...think it got up to 72.

Hope MPG does get better, my 02 PSD was getting great mileage!
