code left p2509- ECM/PCM ???

code left p2509- ECM/PCM ???
I did the self check with trip odometer thing and got code # p2509 which on the list says
" ECM/PCM Power input signal intermittant" That is good to know however I have no clue what that means or what/where to check. Any enlightenment would be appreciated! Thanks
