CB question

Where is the best and cleanest way to get keyed power for a CB ?

Tie into the cig lighter wire not the aux power one. Or else you can find a wire in the big cluster under the dash. Orange wires and maybe pink ones are often keyed power in dodges.

on the 04.5's fuse location # 37 is keyed power, I use it as power for relay trigger for my compressors and my new fuel pump. that is out under the hood, but easy enough to get it inside through the rubber boot at the steering shaft.

Mine is straight to the battery with an inline fuse. Will do the same for linear whn I get one.

I put a slit in the rubber cover where the clutch would normally be( mines an auto) and ran the wire to the fuse block.
