Can you take off the dash face?
I want to install my sirius radio mount on the AC duct on the front of the dash. I don't want to have all of the wires hanging off of the front of the dash. Is it possible to remove the dash face without ruinning is? I want to run all of the wires behind the dash.
Please post picks if you have them,
Richard

Here are the instructions for installing the Banks PDA (Starting on page 16)... I don't know if this is teh exact location you want to install your device, but it should give you an idea of how to get it where you want it....
Hope this helps...
Is this where you were planning on putting your sirius device?

Yes it will come off. The 07 dash is the same as the 06.
I made a mount for my XM out of a piece of copolymer I formed that fits into one of the cubby holes where the electronic shift 4x4 **** would be.
When I took my dash off I drilled a hole in the back of that cubby hole to feed my wires into and I also drilled a hole in the back of the cubby hole directly under the radio. That way I can pull the cable from the XM to the radio without it dangling out everywhere.
From what I remember it was a bit of a pain to get the dash off. Mine is a 6 speed with a manual shift transfer case so yours may or may not be different (hint hint.... fill out your signature).
If I remember correctly you have to get the center console portion out of the way before you can get the dash off as it conceals some screws at the bottom of the dash. The center console has some screws hidden under the cupholder rubber insert. We then popped the transfer case boot out and was able to shift into 6th and twist the center console out of the way enough to get to those screws.
Theres probably some other screws I'm forgetting. After you get all those its a good amount of tugging. I remember that part being kinda tough on mine.
