California Emissions for Non CA Truck

I'm moving to California shortly and was wondering about what, if anything, I'll have to do to my truck for the Bull Excrement emissions junk?

I believe if you have 7500 miles on the truck , you shouldnt have to do anything with the truck but register it .

I've got just about 30000 on it now, will be closer to 32000 when I get out to Santa Clara. Here's hoping you're right!
