Okay..Here is a simple fix for your problem. I don't know about making the outermost lamp blink with turn signals but this will turn on the marker lights when you unlock the truck. Leave your lights on when you turn off the truck, and lock your doors. The headlights and other lights are on a battery saver and will only stay on for a short period of time and then turn off automatically. So when you unlock your truck the next time with the remote the lights will come back on. I didn't try this with only the marker lights on and no headlights but I am sure that it will work the same.
