Haven't driven my '06 Dually for about a month, I just started it because I'm going on a 1200 mile trip Wed. and noticed that the air conditioning was barely blowing out of the vents and a loud blower noise behind the dash. Changed the dial to all the different settings and nothing changed. How can I fix this before Wed? Thanks for any help.

 

I found the problem after I searched this site.The recirc. door broke and was laying on top of the blower motor, It took 3 min. to unbolt blower motor and pull the door out.I will order the new housing and replace when I get back. I will have fresh air only and no recirc. oh well. Thanks to RatlRat for a killer write up. At least I will have good running ac going from Tucson to Moab. Hope this helps peeps.
