A/C Problem

My A/C blows very cold air but after a while of using it, it seems to quit blowing. Even if I turn the fan speed wide open, it barley flows out of the vents even though it is still cold and you can hear the fan speed increase. It almost seems like it is freezing up or something because if I turn it off for half hour or so, it starts out acting normal again. Anybody else have this problem and what did you do to fix it?
Thanks

The A/C is freezing up. Typical when low on freon.
