A/C half cool and half warm!
My 2005 does NOT have dual zone climate control, yet the passenger side of the truck only gets warm air out of the vents, whereas the driver's side gets cool (not terribly cold) air. I'm about to do the heater core bypass mod, but I'm fairly sure this alone isn't going to fix it.
I thought I read someplace (maybe here) a while back that if the right amount of refrigerant (too little OR too much) would cause this... I wanted to be sure I read that right, so when I go to an AC shop, they don't start in about it being a blend door problem. It's not. I've checked every blend door in the truck and they're all operating fine.
So... am I right?
Thanks!
Rob

Low on 134a, incomplete frost pattern on evap.
You can pick up a can of charge at Wally World (Walmart) and top it off, they have a built in gauge. It'll be the access valve towards the back of the engine on passenger side. The one at the front is larger than the rear.

It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!
Exactly as steelblitzkrieg said. A common problem with a common fix on our trucks.
If you have never done this before, follow the instructions on the can carefully. It is quite simple.

Thanks guys. I picked up a can at Walmart this morning. Hooked it up. Guess what? It's in the red. Way into the red. Guess it's going to a shop after all.

Did you have the truck on with the A/C on coldest, highest fan, and recirc? You'll have pressure if the A/C is off, it'll be in a vacuum when running. In other words you can't charge it without the compressor running.
