hovisimo: I appreciate your input I feel kind the same way about my truck as you did your GMC. the latest power steering pump that they put on is leaking in the drive, amongst other things that they are not willing to even consider. Went and made deals on a GMC and on 2 new SRW 3500 dodges this weekend. Tommygun has also just e-mailed me back. I don't know what I am going to do but man I just like the rumble of the cummins. One of the dodges I made a deal on is the exact truck I set out to purchase two years ago . The only problem when i drove it it had a wine from the shifter area that mine and no other 6 speeds I have driven has . if not for that I would have driven it home. I will let you guys know what I do.
Tom

make sure you check out the interior any GMC you consider, it caused me significant rage. little things like everything rattled, dash fell apart, seats had no lumbar support and squeaked, and there were no front grab handles. the SLE is the mid level trim which i had. the SLT seats are nicer but still no grab handles. then again those trucks are lower to the ground than a 2500/3500 ram. another thing to consider is the dmax only puts out like 540tq with the 6 speed. either 540 or 560, i forget. good luck with whatever you choose!
