Business and Farm Bureau Rebates/Incentives

This may have already been stated but:

On the Dodge web site it talks about the Farm Bureau ($500)and Business (On the Job) incentives (jake brake, runnings boards, $300 and toolbox).

That sounded like a lot of rebate/incentives and to be sure I called my local dealer and he indicates that only one of all of the rebates/incentives offered can be selected. I also called the 1-800 Dodge number and they also confirmed that.

Re:Business and Farm Bureau Rebates/Incentives

Well that's almost true. Whatever the national incentive is on the vehicle, i.e. $1,000 on HD Rams, is available with Farm bureau, or on the job, or employee purchase discount, or friends of employee purchase discount, or any of the other certificate programs. So if your farm bureau you get the $1,000 rebate+$500 FB=$1,500.

You are correct. What I was referring to was the Business vs Farm Bureau. You can't get both. The Dodge rebates apply in either case.

I see that you are ordering a new HO with the new Automatic. Do you know for sure when they will be available or is it just a rumor?
Thanks

RLS.

Farm Bureau was $500. There is a $1000 rebate in effect right now which I don't think you can add to the $500. The extra $500 could be used on such as the Jake brake, boards, etc. I just showed them my business card. Jake brake installed for $299.

Bob

Farm bureau is an organization that anyone can sign up for. Here in Missouri it costs $30. And yes the $500 FB rebate does go with the $1000 rebate for a total of $1500 off ;D 8)There is no criteria you have to meet to be a member, anyone can join.

But, you need to be a Farm Bureau member for at least 30 days before delivery.

FiverBob,
I ordered the Jakebrake when I bought my truck also.
I had alway's thought it was an installed price also. I was reading the ONTHEJOB web page again and I realized I did not read where it stated installation included also. I hope it is.
One other point of interest. Iwas looking on the TDR website and came across this.

http://www.turbodieselregister.com/f...threadid=61826

FWIW Randy
