I have no idea how to reduce the bug impacts but after a normal wash job, I use a "tuffy" scrubber. It is made of plastic and will not scratch the chrome or paint. Then, I coat the front end with the slickest & toughest wax I have. I prefer this method over using a pressure washer or strong cleaners. I think a pressure washer and strong cleaners take off any remaining wax that you do have.

Does anybody have a good way of getting all the bugs out of the finned coolers? I use a combination of washing, vacuuming & an air gun but not very successfully.
