Buckstop Bumpers

I placed an order for front and rear buckstop bumpers (classic for the front). Just curious as to if anyone else here is using them and what do they think?

http://www.buckstop.biz/

I did look at RoadArmor and liked their stuff, but I did not like the extra 1,000 it would cost over the buckstop bumpers.

I have one and like it, front only.

Have not made the switch to the rear yet.

How about suspension sag and if so how much how much? Really thinking hard about buying the Buckstop BAJA as I really want/need a winch now,... I got stuck in some deep snow, no cel coverage and no1 on the radio, a few hours alone @ 2AM with a shovel & -40* = no freak'n fun

I have the baja front and the there rear one as well. I got the carli starter sytem as the front was sagging way to much. I had a friend help me put it on, we used a floor jack, very trickey. I just went to the auto hobby shop on base and fine tuned the alignment. It took an air powered front end lift and 2 floor jacks and finally got it rigged pretty good.

I just dont remember to tell you the truth. Ill look and see if I can find any of my notes in the next couple days. Hard drive gave out and I lost some docs.

I think I had about a 1/2 inch drop with the stock springs. I currentley have 3" Lorenz springs on the front and dont have any issues. I also just put a WARN 16.5ti on and did not notice any sag after that either.

The Baja looks cool. I think it is just the bolt on part of the grill guard. I was thinking of switching out to it, but have not made the call to find out.

if you have not seen pictures, let me know and I will post.

I have a Procomp 3" lift in the front and 1.5" blocks on the rear. My 2500 CTD has the snow plow package so I have the Stiffer front springs (hence the reason I have to add the blocks to the rear to get the truck to sit level).

Just bummed they will not ship until late March.

I like the looks of the Baja but would try to order one WITHOUT those bars around the headlight, I think they look hoky.
Plus, that way it's easier to wrap your winch cable around the bush bar until you get a chance to wind it back.

i like the price but i still dig the Road Armor Stealth w/ pre runner bar. just seems to suite the truck better IMO.
