bucket vs split bench

Aside from personal preference on console options, does anyone know if there are any differences between the actual seats? Do the buckets have more side bolstering? Any difference in comfort?

Thanks.

I got the buckets, and I had the split bench in my 04. You couldn't pay me enough to go back! I made a deal with my wife when I bought the 06. The truck HAD to have the bucket seats, or no buy.

I inquired with the dealers prior to buying my truck, and I was told that the seats are the same. The center seat is replaced by the console.

My 04 was a bench...and when we ordered our 07, I said I wanted every option available.

Im sorry that we didnt get the bench now though. I miss that extra seat if you need it. A few times it wouldve come in handy when we carry a few passengers.

But the heated leather bucket seats are SO much more comfy than the cloth bench seat we had in the 04.
