Bosch Icon Wipers They Work!!!!!

I was bored so I decided to share my experience with these new wipers. Last year I was in the market for wiper blades and noticed Bosch had there new line that were called ICON. Well they didn’t make it for dodge then or I was blind and couldn’t find them. Napa has them for $30 each and shucks have them for $22 each. I know I know they are pretty pricey for wipers but I changed my old ones last year from the dealership for like $9 each and they took a dump and I was really ****** off because they didn’t last more than 6 months for some reason. I live in Washington and good wipers are really important to me, I was having trouble seeing with the old ones and I told my self the money is worth it if I could avoid an accident from poor visibility.

If your in the market for wiper blades and don’t mind the extra $ I really suggest giving them a try they are well worth it.

Mine have been on for 7 months still working like NEW well worth the extra dollars. The real test will be how they do in the snow & ice

I got them when they first hit the market and were $35 a side. Ouch. But, they've been on for over a year and I also love them. My burb came with them, and I was skeptical until I had to use them. So now all of my trucks have them.

I have them also. Work great, they don't have metal or springs exposed, so ice and snow does NOT get stuck in the wiper mechanisms.

I run the PIAA wipers and have had them for about a year and a half and they work just as good as the day I put them on. I have a few friends who run the ICONs on their powerjokes and they love them.

Do they bounce and drag across the window when they go back down or are they smooth?

Well the design of the Icon wiper blades looks the same as the Trico Innovision wiper blades I have been using for the last couple years. Mine work great, but of course I don't have much snow or ice to deal with. The Innovision were a little cheaper. My first set lasted about 14 months and then started flapping a little. I replaced with the same.

They are smooth as can be. I don't mean to over to do it, but the first time i used them i smiled . But it got down to -28 last night in Seattle and in the morning the ice was thick on the windsheild. I let the truck idle for 5 minutes with the vent on max and used a little wiper fluid and the wipers did the rest. I was really impressed.

Ditto. I've run all kinds of crap and wiping the windshield with frost on it destroys them all. I've had these on for almost a year with no trouble.

The design allows them to utilize the airflow to push them down on the window, so they stay planted even at 80mph in the rain.

I would think at that speed the rain would move faster than the wipers

You can try telling my wife that. Personally, I like a good waxed windshield over wipers any day.
