Wipers still going off when they feel like

Okay. Let the brains that be help me here. I have replaced the wiper switch due to the wipers going off on their own and they are still doing it. What next? I hate throwing parts at a problem but I don't know what else to try. The only ryhme or reason I have put to the situation is it seems to happen when the temperature is warmer to hot, Cool to warm nothing.

Now I am worried

Just talked to parts and service at my local dealer and they tell me that there is a TSB out for the Front Control Module? Sounds very expensive for wipers that decide to work when not needed. Please someone chime in and help me out here.
