I'm seeing this a lot. What is it? Is it a equipment package? What is so special about it? if any.

 

Same thing as Thunder Road and Lone Star package.Just different geographical areas.

 

I believe also you can get away from that ugly grey interior. Some additional goodies such as fog lamps, and radio controls behind a leather wrapped steering wheel. My 03 Quad Hemi 4X4 was a Big Horn Edition.

yeah its just got some extras...in texas its lonestar edition....but i have seen a few big horns on the lot.

 

The big Horn package is well worth the money.. The biggest reason I got it was for the wheels. They are much nicer then the fake ones that most of the new trucks come with.....could do without the emblem though...I also got rid of the cloth and went to leather, it was an additional 1200.00.

If you don't want the emblem just have the dealer leave it off. That is what I did.

 

Mine didn't come with the sirus... got everything else though

 

that is a good deal! If they had a big horn sitting on the lot when I bought mine, I would have bought it. I am happy with mine though

I had called and had 2 lots dealing against each other. One was an hour away and the other 15 mins away. The farther one quoted me the better price over the phone. I called the closer one and told them and they matched it. They both had them on the lot.
