Bed plugs

Anyone know what the two bed plugs are for on the drivers (left) side of the bed between two of the ribs? I thought they might have been for a concealed fastener but I popped them out and there was nothing there. Same with the two large ones on the bottom of the front wall of the bed. Any ideas?

Maybe to plumb in a tank or to run wire through?

I was thinking they would be perfect to run camper or 5th wheel wireing through.

Or maybe just put a 7-way plug in there.
