Too high is an understatement. Measure your driver side negative cable and call and see what they want for that!!!! Over $90 bucks!!!! If you measured it you know why I'm not excited about this price !!!!

I would check with a local welding supply or electrical supply store. Tell them the length you need and most will sell you the wire like this. Make sure to tell them you want 0 gauge wire though!

What about this place:

I don't know the prices, but it looks legit.

I really think the idea of going to a local welding shop would be a great idea. You can get good connectors at NAPA.

but the welding wire insulation may not hold up to the oil, diesel, power steering & brake fluids

Wire is wire. Copper, aluminum, solid, stranded, whatever.

The cover can be different, rubber, plastic, armored.

As long as you buy the same gauge wire in the same metal, and make good connections you will be fine.

From: outside of H-town, Tx, thankfully
I think the welding cable insulation would be much tougher than a battery cable sheath, out here at work our welding cables see all kinds of caustic enviroment, I wouldn't like the cable clamps that bolt on, I prefer the sealed, molded ones,,, just my opinion :-)
