Anyone mount side marker indicators

to the fenders of your truck ?, not for a ricer look with white lens but for safety when changing
lanes and towing a fiver. I'm looking for a set of low profile amber side indicators to add.
I think I like the VW/Audi style but concerned about hacking up the fenders to mount them.
I would like to get a set that only require one hole be drilled and not a hole and material to be removed on either side of each hole.

Thanks

Id like to know if anyone has found a light to mount on the mirror kinda like on the new powerchokes. I would like to find something that i can wire as a marker and turn...kinda like on semi's....

I've been thinking about puttting an orange led on the front corners up above the step on my running boards. This amber light would be tied into the the signal circut. Jc Whtiney has one that looks OK in amber. They also have a red arrow one for the mirror but I thought it looked out of place.

You might look at these...eBay Item number: 7954482270. Not sure I like them for my
application but I may order a pair and if I dont like them I could mount on my fiver somewhere.
They are available in red also
