Got in the 2004 Dodge 3500 this weekend, and the heat was coming out the a/c vents. So I changed it to the lower heater vent, but no change, tried the defrost and no change. Regardless of where the setting is, it blows out the a/c vents. The air blows hard and can change the temp, but you can't change where. Any ideas?

broken blend door. apparaently these trucks have known issues with blend door and the recirc door.
