Another A/C ?

Maybe a dumb ? but is it normal for alot of water to be coming out of the A/C "drain hole" in front of the firewall in the engine compartment. I don't remember this much coming out of my other trucks and am wondering if this has something to do with my lack of cold A/C. When I say alot it is relative, but it is a constant flow that soaks the inside fender well and ground. Thanks Brad

I get quite a bit, I wouldn't say more than other trucks however. I've seen some fords at service stations that had a LOT coming out. On my new 07 however, I do have a NEW observation. I get the same cold water condensation drips from the FRONT of my engine compartment. Well, just below the water pump anyway. Freaked me out at first then i noticed it was just water. Everyone on here says normal and My AC works good. I did trace it up and it is one of the AC lines than runs all the way from the evaporator down. Gravity just made it drip there!

Its normal, Its condensate---the moisture removed from the air while going through the evaporator coil. The flow is heavier when the humidity is high. No problem unless the liquid is the same color as your anti freeze. Colorazition would indicate a leaking heater core
