Alignment and BFG's
Alignment and BFG's
How much milage can I expect from the BFG Rugged Terrain, mostly hwy, 10% off road. I usually rotate every 10K.
Also how well does the alignment hold, and how long do the OE shocks last? My Toyota trucks held up well, except for often alinments due to its soft suspension.

I got 51,000 miles and had at least 20% tread left. i rotated 4 or 5 times. they were aired up to 72 psi front and rear and wore very evenly. I actually really liked the tires, but couldn't pass up a great deal on the BFG AT
I have 40,000+ on the tires, expect ot get at least 10,000 more miles or more on them. Have only roated 3 times and they all look to have the same tread wear.
10 to 15k is towing 11,000 lb.
Very pleased with the tires. Better traction in water than Wranglers.

I think the BFG brand is probably the best wearing tire on the market. I know many that got over 50,000 miles. I have them on two of my trucks and they are wearing very well. I too do regular tire rotations and air pressure checks. It is a must with any truck, especially it you are running over sized tires. BFG just makes good stuff, I have the M/T's on both and the noise is very low.
