Question Accessories Delay

Does the 06 have the accessorie delay? You know when you turn off the truck the raido and windows will still work for a short period of time. If so can someone explain it. I have looked through the owners manual and haven't found anything on it. The BullyDog web site lists that the box can adjust this setting.

TIA
