AC Not Blowing Cold

I noticed this on Tuesday, but I thought maybe I wasn't driving far enough for the condenser to do it's job. Today I drove about 40 miles round trip, and at no time did the AC ever seem to blow cold air.

Is there a trick to this or I am missing something, or did something go on the fritz. The AC switch is depressed, and the light is on, but I REALLY don't think the compressor is doing much if anything.

1500 miles on the truck and this bugs the crap out of me.

Mine had always made extra rattle when I kicked it on from the time I got it, thought it was normal. Quit making any noise at all, and not cooling at about 2900 miles. Compressor had puked it's innards into the lines, had to get a new condesor lines compressor so on and so forth.

Great!! Let me guess....go almost 5 years with no major problems with my last truck, and this one is going to nickle and dime me to death.

I know it is under warranty, but this is crazy....I've only had it for 8 days!!

That is true, but since my detachment is starting to ramp up for deployment, my free time is at a premium. Getting the Line-x done last week was tricky enough, getting to the dealership for this is gonna be TOUGH!!!

Just do a drive by, the dealership that is, and have them order the parts, then they should call you when they do so you can make an appointment to drop it off one day. Make them give you a free car to drive for the inconvience Maybe one of those MAGNUMs
