ABS nd Brake Light on, No Speedo

I was driving hoime tonight, and all of the sudden the brake light and abs light cam on, and i lost the speedo, it shows 0 mph. Everything else is great. Any ideas? THX!

rear wheel speed sensor located in the rear diff. check to see if their is a loose or cut wire.

on top of your rear diff there is a sensor, i checked on my friends 03 and the sensor was held in with a steel bracket so it might be different than yours but probably not. one wire was cut on his, so no abs, but i am not sure if the speedo was working.
the wires then run up to the drivers side frame rail.

The speedometer only needs 1 single from either the front left, right or rear ABS sensor to get the speed. If everything went out at once this means you aren't getting a signal from any of the 3 sensors...which is odd.

Maybe a fuse????

Check the codes. That will tell you which if not all of the sensor circuits are at fault.

This just happened to me last week. Took it in for service and the ABS module itself had died. Glad warranty was still good.

BTW, the error code that it was throwing was 121. The Smarty just read it as "unknown code".

Thanks for all the replies. I played around with the wires on the sensor, and everything started working, must have been a loose connection.
