It's the speed sensor on top of the rear axle. About $35 from a Dodge dealer and about 15 min to change.

First pull that speed sensor out and clean it off once. It's probably got the metal parts all covered in metal particles. They are magnetic and collect annd the stuff in the rearend. Clean it off and put it back in. Clear the abs light and take it for a drive. If that fixes it. Then drain and refill the rear diff to get the rest of the shavings and crud out. If it's cracked and oil has gotten into the plastic housing, then go get a new one.

Disconnect the batteries for about 30 min. Turn the key on after they are disconnected to drain all diodes, etc.

Also, I found out on here the other day that you can disconnect the red cable from the battery to the fuse box under the hood and do the same thing. It's a lot easier the disconnecting the batteries.
