I have 294,642 (just did an oil change) on my 04.5 and im on my ORIGINAL lift pump I do have the GDP kit just waiting to go on havent had time as of yet and my truck like yours has been used for pulling ALL its life first was RV delivery now its car hauling, my last scale I did with 3 larger SUV's truck trailer 1/4 tank of fuel was JUST shy of 30k lbs and this is 5-6 days a week I easily do 5k miles a month.

A spindle was replaced a few misc odds and ends and just recently my vent broke but other then that its been good to me knock on wood

Why do you have to convert it to RHD? Is it a law that you have to do that?

Yes, unfortunately all vehicles must be RHD. The only exception is if the vehicle is over 30yrs old, then it is considered a "classic" and may remain LHD.

I have 226K on mine now and it runs better tha it did when it was new.
I put 605k on my 97 and only had the head off one time for a HG change
