2004 Ram Issues (Buzzing red light/codes)

2004 Ram Issues (Buzzing red light/codes)
So my issue started with:
Not working- radio.... tuner ... ob2 port... door locks... key fob
Buzzing noise and red light when key is out
Now have codes P 0073 P0483 P 0113
Leaning towards ground issue? or frayed wire.
Does anyone know what area I should look for the ground that would be for radio, ob2 port, door locks
