2004 Ram 2500 Red light on Buzzing noise No radio/Tuner

2004 Ram 2500 Diesel

Starts and Drives but No power to Radio and tuner

When I turn it off, the red light near oil comes on and buzzing noise starts. Took off battery cables for few hours to prevent battery from dying and see if that helped reset it but it didnt help.. Im thinking maybe a bad battery? or dirty/loose terminal? Would that cause this

Any input would help. Thanks

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere or a short .

Thats what im thinking

I found a ground in the drivers door and few under hood, then one last owner installed under sterring wheel. They look good, but I guess Ill need to follow them all and check wires
