2004.5 mystery noise front end 2wd

Ok lets see if anyone knows or has anygood ideals on this one. When ever I would turn hard right moving over 5 mph the front end would make a bad noise. Would not do the same turning left.

Took it to the dealer when about 6 months old and they said bump stops. Well I know I didnt compress suspension that far so figured I was just getting the run around and decided to forget it. Drive less than 5MPH when turning hard right stopped it from making noise.

Now I have a sound when I turn the wheel to the left and really sounds like a springy noise. Doesnt do it all the time. Mostly when turning and on brake at the same time or seems to have a connection with water because that is when the sound is most often heard, but still sounds when dry.

What are some of your guys thoughts?
Ball joints
sway bar end links
tie rods
rack and pinion

all seem to be in working order to me with no pulling or shaking, just that **** spring sounding noise.

I wish someone would come up with an answer because I have the same thing. Sounds like I just broke something.

I also had a bad noise in the front end while turning and going over bumps. Dealer changed both sway bar links and left tie rod end.Nice and quiet now.My friend with the same truck said he had a loud noise when turning sharp and the dealer showed him that the steering knuckle was hitting the stop, exactly what it should do. Your noise could be one or both of the above.

Put some grease on the steering stop and see if the noise goes away.
