Rebates are pretty strong for an 04. Are there significant changes on the 05 that would justify waiting for an 05?

From what I understand, the only change is a Sun Roof option.

well **** i wish i knew that i would love a sun roof.... but i got one hell of a deal on my 04.5 600 5 speed truck

And the badging, and more importantly the lift pump is now a pusher pump... should lend itself to more reliability.
