2" lift coil springs for 03, who can I get a pair from?

I did the Superlift springs and they have been great. Kit includes new bumpstops. A local 4x4 store was actually $5 cheaper, so I bought them locally, but that link is a guage of what you should pay. I have seen them advertised for twice that price.

No.
Put the front end on jackstands and pull the wheels.
Pull the shocks.
But a small bottle jack between upper control arm and frame to push the control arms down slightly and the spring will slide out easily. Put in new springs, shocks, new bumpstops and you are done. Should take less than 2 hours, probably closer to an hour.
I did end up getting slightly longer shocks for mine. The factory shocks were bottoming out at full droop. You can check that pretty easily by measuring from upper shock mount to lower when the tires are off the ground (after you installed the 2" springs and removed bottle jack)and compare to factory shock length when fully extended. Most guys just throw their factories back in. Unless you are driving rough terrain all the time, it is pretty rare to fully extend the front shocks.
I would also recommend having the frontend alignment at least checked. Mine needed to be realigned.

Does anyone know if there's a kit to raise the front end of my truck (see sig). I think a 2" lift would bring the front end up just right. A little up in the rear is fine so with a load it won't sag.

I didn't order new links, but I have had no driveability issues. The superlift kit doesn't require them as far as I know.
I have read that some of the guys with the KORE 2" kits ( and any other spring kits/spacers) have added the KORE swaybar drop spacers to cure death wobble problems and bring the swaybar angles back to stock.
That is essentially what longer sway bar links would do as well.
