16.5" wheels
Probably would have to be 16s.The 16.5 are a dinosaur and just about gone.Probably won't find any 16s that will clear the brakes.The 17s just about don't.The choice of 17s out there will get better as I think Ford is now using 17s.Not sure about G.M.but I bet not far behind.If I did any kind of swap it would be to 19.5s.Big choices and all are LONG wearing.

They might fit. It would be fun to try a set. The clearance to the 17" wheel is only about 3/8" or so but the steel 16.5" wheel would be thinner and may fit, depending on their shape. The backspacing will be different and that may be a problem too. The 17" wheels have a better bead lock system than the old 16.5" style.
