08 upgrade steering-rancho/bilstein stabilizer?

getting ready to purchase the 08 steering upgrade but not willing to pay the 100.00 bucks or more for the dodge steering stabilizer. having trouble trying to cross reference the dodge part number for stabilizer 52122370ab to a rancho or bilstein. anybody got the correct rancho or bilstein part number? thanks.

The Bilstein cross to the Mopar stabilizer is BIL-33-170794.

My 07.5 OEM stabilizer started leaking around the seal, so I replaced it with a Rancho 5000 series, part number RS5412. Very happy with it. Used a tie rod removal fork to get the old one loose from the tie rod. I like having that boot on there to keep all of the road crap off the shaft. Between the stabilizer and the damper, the truck now steers better than any 4x4 I have ever owned.

Sounds like Dodge used two different arrangements in 08. Not sure what the Y type is. What does the upgrade entail? Is this a safety issue or recall?

Bear in mind that any pressurized ss may induce a left drift as it's trying to expand. Works great with Toyo MT's as it cancels out the right pull inherent in them.
